Why is the Sky Blue?

The white light from the sun shines on the Earth. It goes through our atmosphere. The atmosphere has air molecules, dust and water vapour in it. The white light splits like a rainbow and the blue colour from this bounces all around the atmosphere. The other colours do too but we see the blue the most. That is why the sky is blue.
