Vanessa wrote a piece of persuasive writing in an email to her father while he was away...

Dear Daddy,

Today we went to pet shop. there were only kittens. Could you think about getting my own kitten and one for Issy? 

The reason I am asking is because if we only got one Issy would not share it and it's like when Toby and Rose come over She won't share them and let me play with them too. And it is much cheaper to get two than one kitten. 

I saw a ginger kitten with a bit of white on it. It was really cute and was near to being a baby.

 I will help look after it and have been a big help with the bunnies.

 I think we should have our own kitten so we do not fight over the name of the kitten.

 A lady there said that having more than one kitten is just as easy as having 1. 

Please think about it.
